1. These rules are applicable for ANY and ALL contests, giveaways, and promotions (unless specifically noted otherwise for a particular contest) on WOW Radio radio station, owned and operated by Agape Educational Media, Inc., hereafter referred to as WOW® Radio, are all governed by the following rules:
    

2. No purchase is necessary in order to enter any WOW Radio sponsored contest. All WOW Radio contests are open to all U.S. WOW Radio  listeners (FM and online) unless specific age is required by type of contest, participating agency or by law or if defined within contest rules
    

3. Only one (1) qualifier or winner per family and household per calendar month. Must be 16 years of age or older. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Winning households may not win the same contest twice within a 30 day period. Some contests allow younger winners. Ask at the time of the contest if this is allowed. Minors are required to travel with a parent or legal guardian where necessary.
    

4. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Release from Liability in certain instances. If an Affidavit or Release is requested to be signed before receiving a prize, failure to sign such will result in forfeiture of the prize(s) won.
    

5. By participating, all callers and winners grant permission to WOW Radio to make use of their name, photograph, likeness, and/or audio recording and rebroadcasting of their voice for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.  All calls coming in to WOW  RAdio studio are taped and may be aired on WOW Radio without further approval.
    

6. Employees of WOW Radio, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win any Station(s) sponsored contest. Employees, owners, officers, consultants, or advertising marketing agencies, and their immediate families, of any other FCC licensed broadcast stations or cable television franchises are not eligible to win any WOW Radio sponsored contest.
    

7. In contests involving participating merchants, employees of the participating merchants, and the immediate families of those employees, are not eligible to win.
    

8. WOW Radio contests are usually conducted by having person(s) call in to the studio on-air line, enter on the WOW website, enter through the mail or sign up at the WOW Radio Booth at community events. In contests involving mail-in entries, multiple entries in one envelope are NOT permitted and entries that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. All contest entries become the property of WOW Radio. WOW Radio may withhold any or all contest entry materials, for any reason, station management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
    

9. WOW Radio is not responsible for problems occurring within the telephone system which either inhibit or increase the chances of winning a phone-in contest. In the event two or more phones lines are “tied together” during a phone-in contest, the entire call and all callers “tied together” will be disqualified and another caller will be taken. WOW Radio cannot award duplicate prizes to all parties in a “tied together” situation. In case of telephone line malfunctions, the decision(s) of WOW Radio will be final. In addition, if WOW Radio calls a potential winner and they are not available at the time of the telephone call, they forfeit the prize.
    

10. WOW Radio reserves the right to impose certain eligibility restrictions for specific contests. Such restrictions shall be announced on-the-air prior to the implementation of the contest. WOW Radio reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air indicating that person was the winner.
     

11. Unless otherwise specified, contestants will be permitted to win only once per contest per thirty (30) day period. In major contests, WOW Radio reserves the right to limit winners to one person per household.
     

12. Winners may NOT request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize. ALL prizes are non-transferable, except in the case of prizes valued at $100.00 or more, which will be awarded in the name of a parent or guardian if won by a minor. Prizes have no cash value, expressed or implied.
     

13. Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be claimed in person within thirty (30) days of winning the prize. All prizes are to be picked up during NORMAL business hours, from the WOW Radio studios or a specified retail drop-off location, within thirty (30) days. Prizes may be mailed to the participant if the participant does not live within the immediate FM listening area. In the event of travel prizes, winners must respond to Email or telephone messages within three (3) business days or prizes will be forfeited.
     

14. Winners may be asked to provide proper identification when claiming prizes, and to complete all necessary paperwork. The winner must present a photo ID to claim prize. A winner must use their FULL REAL name in winning a contest. If an alias is used, the winner will be disqualified, and all prizes will be forfeited.
     

15. In certain situations, a designated representative will be allowed to accept a prize for the winner. Written authorization from the winner including representative’s name, ID, and a photocopy of the winner’s driver’s license is required. WOW Radio has sole discretion on allowing a third party to claim winner’s prize.
     

16. Prizes will only be mailed if winner lives more than thirty miles from the studios and not near a specified retail drop-off location. WOW Radio is not responsible for any delays in receipt of prizes, damages, loss or theft. Once a prize is mailed, WOW Radio is not responsible for the prize. Prizes will be mailed out within six to eight weeks.
     

17. Winners of prizes consisting of tickets to an event or concert will generally be required to pick up tickets at the WOW Radio studios or concert venue. In cases where tickets are mailed, WOW Radio is not responsible for tickets that arrive late or not at all.
     

18. WOW Radio is not responsible for prizes that are picked up or delivered after the date of expiration
     

19. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. WOW Radio is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the thirty day period.
     

20. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to a prize. WOW Radio then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.
     

21. All prizes are awarded to winners on an "as is" basis. WOW Radio  is not responsible for condition of the prize itself, nor is WOW Radio liable for any damage or injury caused by any prize(s) awarded by the WOW Radio
     

22. TAXES (applicable local, state and federal), IF ANY, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations, any winner receiving prizes with a value in excess of $600.00 will be required to complete an IRS W-9 form for the station's files and we be furnished a copy of IRS Form 1099 (Miscellaneous Income). A copy of this form will also be furnished to the IRS.
     

23. WOW Radio may, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal or greater value for the prize originally won. WOW Radio will not be responsible, or be held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control. Winner agrees to accept such prize without limitation.
     

24. WOW Radio is not responsible for technical failures including, but not limited to reception, telecommunications equipment, internet access, database storage or operator error nor is WOW Radio responsible for circumstances beyond its control (union strikes, equipment malfunctions, weather, etc.) that may affect the outcome of a contest.
     

25. Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification. In contest involving written entries, only original hand-written entries will be accepted.
     

26. WOW Radio reserves the right to suspend any contest at anytime, if in its judgment, the contest participants have conducted themselves in an unfair manner or attempted in any way to influence the outcome of the contest.
     

27. In the event of a tie, two prizes will NOT be awarded. A tie will be broken by random drawing from among the tied, qualified entries or WOW Radio reserves the right to conduct a tie-breaker contest, with rules and procedures to be determined by the management of WOW Radio. In the event a drawing is held, it will be conducted by WOW Radio, and the results of the drawing are final.
     

28. WOW Radio reserves the right to amend or change contest rules and procedures at any time, as well as end any contest any time. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final
     

29. These rules are available for review during normal business hours at the WOW Radio studios located at 400 Highway 90 Suite F, Pace, Florida 32571 or by visiting our website at www.wowradio.org.
     

30. All matters not specifically addressed in these rule shall be determined at the sole discretion of the management of WOW Radio.
     

31. With respect to any disputes involving a WOW Radio contest, the decision of WOW Radio is final.

    DISCLAIMERS and GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless WOW Radio, affiliated companies and all participating advertisers or sponsors, nor its employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, and property damage, liability or expense, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties or other persons providing or rendering services in connection with WOW Radio, affiliated companies and all participating advertisers or sponsors, or otherwise in connection therewith, or for any reason beyond the control of WOW Radio, affiliated companies and all participating sponsors. Sponsors of contests reserve the right to contact all participants about additional offers. You may opt out of such offers at any time. Your personal information will not be shared or sold to any third party companies and will only be used by the station and sponsor.
